Stephen Michael Thompson Family Tree
Screven County Georgia
The Thompson of Bulloch and Screven County from the years of 1830 to now has been an important part of my research lately. Trying to piece together the past has been somewhat difficult to say the least. At this time I have over 3000 names in the Thompson,Roberts,Bragg and Bolton Family tree.
Stephen Michael Thompson married Wealthy Jenkins in 1861 and here starts the beginning as I know it and also the end, no other information is available as of yet on Stephen. I did find a census report from 1860 in Screven County, Ga but no other information is available YET. The search will not stop though and will be added as found. Wealthy on the other hand remarried after I assume Stephen died and with the help of other members of the family the Braggs have taken off.

My mothers side is mainly from the Taylor's Creek area in what is not Fort Stewart Ga. They lived in a little town called Willie in Liberty County GA. Surnames are Sheppard, Floyd and Evans mainly and research has been a little easier because the area has a lot of history.
Information on the Finch family from Bulloch County Ga is also available on request. These familys are mainly from the Bay Gal area.
